Team Paragon also participated in two ventures with Windsor JayCees. The Windsor Jaycees is a division of the United State Junior Chamber of Commerce who focuses on the community in and welfare of those who live and work in Windsor, Connecticut. They are "a constructive action organization of persons who devote a portion of their time to community service in the public interest, developing young persons as leaders of their community." With the JayCees, Team Paragon participated in building of a playground at Clover Elementary School. The students were able to translate the skills that they learned in building a robot to build a playground from tool use, engineering principles and hard work while returning to the community and a school that some of the team members attended.
Every year the Windsor Jaycees sell Christmas Trees in town for fundraising to support their community projects including scholarships for local students and to support Windsor residents in need. Team Paragon lent a hand to assist with the selling of the trees for the Windsor Jaycees. After these new projects there are plans to expand the relationship between the Windsor Jaycees and Team Paragon.
